Robert J. Anderson, MD FRCPC

Dr. Rob Anderson is an Assistant Professor at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine (NOSM) and is currently the anesthesia program director and the medical lead of simulation at Health Sciences North. He has led the development of a distributed anesthesia program integrating competency assessment in Northern Ontario. He is part of the University of Ottawa Competency By Design anesthesia program core development team as an external advisor. His academic interests include faculty development and engagement, creating culture change and effective education modalities such as e-learning, competency assessment and simulation.
